Kinetic is the brainchild of Kate Ross, who founded the company in Wellington in 1997. As the business grew, Kinetic opened an office in Auckland in 2000. In 2015, we expanded again to open an office in Tauranga and in 2016 we opened an office in Christchurch.
Today, Kinetic employs a large team of loyal staff members that recruits throughout New Zealand and Australia. The team operates under five core values: honesty, loyalty, directness, ethical practice and hard work all of which inform every interaction we make.
