South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) provides the hospital services to South Warwickshire from four hospitals:

• Warwick Hospital
• Leamington Spa Hospital
• Stratford Hospital
• Ellen Badger Hospital

We also deliver out-of-hospital community services to the whole of Warwickshire serving a population of more than half a million from various clinics.

Our staff are as important to us as the care we give to our patients. That’s why we’re committed to ensuring that opinions and ideas are valued and implemented as much as possible.

It’s because of this we’ve featured in the top 20% of all trusts nationally for our staff engagement scores in the annual staff survey for the last 3 years.

We make sure the right support is available to you for development and training. Our Practice development team offers support to all registered practitioners and newly qualified nurses at the Trust. We run a 12-month preceptorship programme, where all newly registered nurses are allocated a mentor with lots of experience and who’ll guide and help staff in their new role.
