Armed Forces Hospitals Southern Region (AFHSR) is a tertiary care hospital located in the Southern Region of the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia that provides healthcare services (inpatient and outpatient) to Saudia Arabian military personnel and their dependents. It is the largest hospital in the southern region with a total of 882 beds. It has four (4) main hospitals namely:

• King Faisal Military Hospital (KFMH)
• Armed Forces Hospital (AFH)
• Prince Khalid Bin Sultan Cardiac Center (PKBSCC)
• Family & Community Medicine Clinics.

The AFHSR is situated at Khamis Mushayt. Khamis Mushait or Khamis Mushayt is a city in south-west Saudi Arabia, located east of Abha, the provincial seat of the Asir province, 1,300 kilometers 650 nautical miles from Dhahran and 884 kilometers from the national capital of Riyadh.

We are looking for an Assistant Head Nurse - Operating Room (OR)to join our team:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Post basic certificate in the area of responsibility
• Relevant post-registration course of specialist areas (training/experience)
• Five (5) years post-graduate experience in the OR specialty
• Evidence of 'in-charge responsibilities for a unit

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid license or registration in the country of origin
• Has the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to speak and write in the English language
• The ability to speak and write in the Arabic language is preferred but not required

SALARY & BENEFITS

• SR 18,400 / month
• 30 days annual leave
• Single Contract
