Role Details

FROM £10.00 - £10.75 PER HOUR (depending on skills, qualifications and experience)

Are you tired of travelling in-between seeing your clients?

Are you looking for a new role where you can focus on giving first class care to vulnerable children and adults?

About the role

We are looking for passionate and professional Care & Support Workers to join our committed and caring teams across our Adult Home, Children’s Homes and Supported Living service, supporting individuals with epilepsy and complex needs aged 5 – 80 to live their lives as independently as possible.

Unlike other care and education organisations, St Elizabeth’s uniquely supports its residents within a series of on-site, fully equipped bungalows meaning that you will be providing an essential service based in one location.

You will assist our children, residents and learners with various aspects of their day-to-day lives, including personal care, leisure activities, domestic duties, administering prescribed medication alongside developing life skills whilst promoting independence.

About you

You don’t need experience in care to join us but you do need to be dedicated, motivated, caring and passionate about people.  We will give you all the training and support you need, such as helping you achieve fully funded qualifications in Adult Care or Residential Child Care (NVQ/RQF Level 2 & 3).

If you’re an excellent communicator, with the desire, patience and motivation to support others we would love to hear from you!

St Elizabeth’s is situated in 60 acres of picturesque Hertfordshire countryside between Harlow and Bishop’s Stortford. We support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs in our Children’s Homes, School, College, Residential Homes with Nursing and Day Centre.
