The role will require you to work with the Clinical Consultants, Nursing team and Radiographers to ensure a smooth patient journey and optimum delivery of service; this will involve administrative and clinical duties. The Nurse Associate is expected to actively participate as a member of the Harley Street Centre team and is responsible for contributing towards the smooth and efficient running of the department; particularly in the Clinical sessions and in the CT scanning, MRI scanning and Ultrasound suites.

You Must:

  • Heave experience working within a imaging or outpatient department
  • Evidence of competency in Phlebotomy, Baseline observations, ECG, Wound Care/Suture removal and Assisting with Minor surgical procedures
  • Customer oriented approach
  • Ability to work unsupervised at times
  • Patient customer focus- the ability and willingness to proactively deliver patient and customer service to meet or exceed expectations
  • Quality and safety- ability to produce and consistently delivery high standard of work within compliance guidelines
    Manage performance- the ability to manage self in a responsible an professional manner
    Empathetic approach and the ability to reassure patients who may be distressed or worried

Criteria:

  • Registered Nurse (overseas nurses without NMC registration are welcome to apply)
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
