Information Submitted by You
We will use information supplied by you to aid the recruitment process and associated administrative functions as well as to facilitate the purchase of additional services made through the Website. We will process any personal data which you provide in completing the online registration or your CV submission and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide to us when using the Website, in accordance with current data protection legislation. Please note that all recruitment agencies and recruitment event providers who are users of the Website have agreed to our Terms and Conditions of Supply and should they be found to be in breach of those Terms and Conditions, they will be prevented from using our services. Our Terms and Conditions of Supply contain important data protection clauses which require said agencies and event providers to protect your personal data.
Transfer outside the EEA: Personal information comprising your CV may be accessed through the Endorse database or via email by third parties outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). This could happen for instance if you apply for an opportunity where the employer is based outside the EEA. When your personal information is transferred outside the EEA we will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected.
Terms and Conditions of Supply
Recruitment: The posting of any recruitment agency’s or recruitment event provider’s services or job listings or other miscellaneous listings on the Website will be subject to our Terms and Conditions of Supply as they are applicable in the circumstances. All recruitment agencies or recruitment event providers or other third parties for whom we arrange listings will be provided with a copy of our Terms and Conditions of Supply at or following registration.
Additional Services, including training courses purchased through the Website will be subject to the terms and conditions issued by the relevant course providers.
Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on the Website (including without limitation photographs and graphic images) are owned by Endorse or its licensors. You may not download copy or print any of the pages of the Website except for your own personal use, and provided you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices. No copying or distribution for any business or commercial use is allowed.
